Do I need to be home?+
No. Most clients give us a key or a code after the first few visits. Everything is logged and every cleaner is background-checked and bonded.
What if I am not happy with something?+
Tell us within forty-eight hours and we re-clean it at no charge. That is the whole policy — there is no form.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Everything, including vacuums. If you would rather we use your products for a particular surface, just leave them out.
Can I skip a visit?+
Yes, with forty-eight hours' notice, at no cost. Recurring pricing is not contingent on a minimum number of visits.
